nurturing connection
between body, mind, & spirit

Welcome

I offer a heart-centered, intuitive approach to relational somatic psychotherapy. Together let’s explore your strengths, as well as examine some of the obstacles you encounter towards living your fullest, embodied life. People often come to therapy when the ways they’ve brilliantly learned to cope become maladaptive with time. We long to find new ways of moving through the world, as well as within our relationships, with increased expression & authenticity.

Somatic therapy provides a vast landscape of support for whatever wants to unfurl within you, at your own, unique pace.

approach

My approach is gentle & experiential, yet direct.

Experiential means based in the present moment- what is happening, right now? What wants to move, shift? Inspired by the innate dignity & intelligence we see when we look to the natural world, I know & honor that each person who comes through my door is intact with all the puzzle pieces that they need to thrive.

I specialize in working with Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), artists, empaths & survivors of sexual violence to regain a felt sense of safety & empowerment in the world.
